On our team we have experienced, established architects who will prepare all the necessary drawings and plans for your project. However, we are open to work with any preferred architects suggested by you.

Usually planning permission is not required for a loft conversion, but there are a few exceptions. Like if you live in a listed property or a conservation area, or whether you or a previous owner have previously extended or altered the property amongst others. We will advise you whether you need to secure planning permission during our initial consultation.

The standard time required for a complete conversion is 6 to 8 weeks.
